Stoelting O231-38I2F Water Cooled Gravity Fed Soft Serve/Yogurt Freezer

Designed to hold and display two different flavors, the Stoelting O231-38I2F soft-serve machine has two large hoppers and two freezing cylinders. Its twin-twist design enables guests to mix both flavors together. The freezing cylinders and augers are designed to keep the consistency of product uniform with small ice crystals and quick recovery times. These augers gently fold the freezing cylinders' contents to keep yogurt thick, smooth, and creamy. To enable guests to see the product, the doors on the freezing cylinders are clear, and the spigots self-close to eliminate messes and promote portion control.

The IntelliTec2™ control system in this Stoelting O231-38I2F frozen yogurt machine senses product consistency and temperature to accommodate different mixes, from soft serve to frozen yogurt. These controls can be programmed to suit different applications and maintain consistent product operation throughout the day. The unit's dispense rate is customizable, and its sleep and standby modes save energy and automatically defrost the product. Operators can check the unit's performance on the records and error logs, which can be downloaded through the USB connection; this port can also be used to upload firmware onto the machine. Because the controls are tamperproof, unauthorized users can't make changes to important settings.
