Alto-Shaam 1767-SK/III Description
The Alto-Shaam 1767-SK/III low-temperature smoker oven has two compartments, each with its own controls. Both compartments have a capacity of 100 pounds and can hold a rack of ribs, cuts of fish, or a wheel of cheese on the included stainless steel shelves and rib racks. A drip pan and drain are included to catch debris and facilitate cleaning.
Eight programmable menu keys enable users to store frequently used recipes on the Alto-Shaam 1767-SK/III cook-and-hold oven and start cooking with the touch of a button. The oven cooks either based on a timer or according to a probe, automatically switching from cook mode to hold mode when user-set time or temperatures have been reached. To keep product from drying out, proprietary Halo Heat® surrounds food with gentle warmth.
