Please note that the batteries are not included and will need to be replaced. Also, some of the battery leads will need to be replaced. One tire is flat and will need to be repaired or replaced. This item was in working condition at the time it was retired from service. This is an used item, there will be smudges, dents, scrapes and general wear showing.
